Announcement – Beginning of Ramadan
Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu,
All praise is due to Allah who has allowed us to reach another blessed Ramadan.
Based on our position of following global sighting based on verified reports from anywhere in the world, and after receiving confirmed reports from reliable sources, we are pleased to announce that the blessed month of Ramadan has been confirmed.
Accordingly, the first night of Ramadan will begin tonight, Tuesday 17th February after Maghrib, and the first day of fasting will be tomorrow, Wednesday, 18th February inshaallah.
The first Tarawih prayer will be tonight.
This announcement is jointly made by the following Masaajid:

We ask Allah to make this Ramadan a month of mercy, forgiveness, unity, and spiritual renewal for our entire community. May He accept our fasting, prayers, charity, and good deeds.
